Candidates must possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Education, or Behavior Analysis, and a minimum of three years of experience applying Applied Behavior Analysis principles. They should demonstrate strong knowledge of ABA practices, ethical guidelines, and the BACB standards, along with effective communication and leadership skills.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will conduct behavior assessments to determine client needs, design and implement individualized treatment plans of care, oversee Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), provide case oversight and mentorship, attend team meetings, conduct family training, manage billing and documentation, and contribute to research and data analysis to improve client outcomes.
