Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). They should have a minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, along with a valid BCBA certification. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and ethical guidelines is essential, as is the ability to conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct behavior assessments to determine client needs, design and oversee ABA treatment programs, provide parent education and consultation, supervise behavior technicians, ensure treatment plan fidelity, motivate and mentor RBTs, attend team meetings, conduct client outcomes reviews, and manage billing and documentation for all clinical activities. They will also be responsible for attending regular meetings with other staff members and providing relocation assistance to new hires.
