Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). They should have at least 3 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, demonstrating a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices. Candidates should also have excellent written and oral communication skills, proven experience as an inspirational leader, and the ability to design and achieve project-based goals and deadlines.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct behavior assessments according to client needs, design Treatment Plans of Care, design measurement and data collection systems, provide case oversight in compliance with the BACB, motivate and provide mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), attend monthly team RBT meetings, attend monthly Client Outcomes reviews, conduct Family training, handle billing and documentation for all clinical activities, and attend regularly scheduled monthly meetings with BCBAs and other staff as needed.
