Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). They should have at least three years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, along with a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and ethical guidelines.
Responsibilities
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct behavior assessments, design Treatment Plans of Care, design measurement and data collection systems, provide case oversight in compliance with the BACB, motivate and provide mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), attend team meetings, conduct Family training, and manage billing and documentation for all clinical activities. They will also be responsible for attending regularly scheduled meetings with BCBAs and other staff as needed.
