Candidates must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and have at least three years of experience applying ABA principles. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the BACB standards is required, along with the ability to conduct behavior assessments and design treatment plans.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will conduct behavior assessments, design Treatment Plans of Care, design measurement and data collection systems, provide case oversight in compliance with the BACB, motivate and provide mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), attend team meetings, attend Client Outcomes reviews, conduct Family training, handle billing and documentation, and attend regularly scheduled meetings with BCBAs and other staff as needed.
