Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience in casino marketing or ticketing
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A collaborative leadership style with prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster/Archtics or AXS/Outbox preferred
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily ticket operations for casino guest programs
  • Communicate show and ticketing updates across MGM properties
  • Build and manage event inventory—blocking, allocating, and reporting within ticketing systems
  • Process ticket orders for executive leaders with precision and confidentiality
  • Generate daily pace reports to inform leadership and improve performance
  • Attend events as an on-site representative, hosting casino guests and ensuring a seamless world-class experience
  • Ensure team compliance with training and safety requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and executive teams to execute special event needs
