Requirements

Minimum of 12+ years of experience in asset management
Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
Experience in building or managing teams
Creative, articulate, and able to effectively understand and convey complex concepts
Strong communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with markets, securities, investment strategies and the relevant regulatory framework
Exceptional verbal and written skills (multiple languages a plus but not required)
MBA and/or CFA a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Build regional product strategy for APAC and execute product goals in the region
Build a team and product lifecycle management capabilities across the region
Partner with product specialists in other regions, investment teams, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute product goals across client segments, including engagement strategy, content, messaging, competitive landscape, and product positioning
Collaborate with investment teams to create high-impact content tailored to Private Wealth channels, including monthly updates and commentary, quarterly fund reviews, investment themes, investment activity and deal updates, and various ad-hoc client requests
Research competitive landscapes across alternative asset classes, strategy types, and product structures
Provide ongoing key real-time product, investment, and market updates to sales teams, advisors, end-clients, portfolio managers, and other key stakeholders
Work across Private Wealth business functions on product initiatives with Marketing, Sales, Investor Services, Product Strategy, and Business Development
