Responsibilities

Lead as the go-to expert for plant utilities systems
Identify and successfully implement process improvements to enhance system availability, reduce costs, and improve product quality
Provide technical support to utilities operations to resolve issues and ensure flawless production processes
Collaborate with development and engineering teams to ensure the manufacturability of new products
Work closely with quality assurance to ensure strict compliance with GMP standards
Develop and maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures
Examine operational data to spot trends and possibilities for improvement
Train engineering and operations staff on new processes and standard methodologies
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support overall manufacturing objectives
Ensure the maintenance and optimization of utilities equipment for reliable operations
Guarantee all activities align with safety laws to maintain a safe working environment
