Requirements

  • Structured thinker and problem solver — able to take a messy question and drive it to clarity
  • Analytical and comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards
  • Great business judgment and ability to quickly understand new domains
  • Scrappy, proactive, and unafraid to get into the weeds
  • 2+ years of experience in investing, consulting, strategy, business operations, or a similar generalist role
  • Recent graduate of an MBA program or set to graduate with MBA in May 2025
  • Open to fully in-person role in Union Square, NYC
  • Bonus: Experience at a fast-growing startup or in an early-stage environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify and scope operational pain points across functions and lead structured problem-solving efforts
  • Own short sprints (2–4 weeks) to deeply understand a part of the business and drive real change
  • Design, implement, and optimize processes that help teams scale efficiently
  • Build lightweight tools, dashboards, or workflows to help teams track and measure their impact
  • Partner with team leads and company leadership to align on goals, timelines, and key success metrics
  • Document learnings and leave systems better than found
  • Examples of potential work: Mapping and improving Sales → Onboarding → CS handoff process; supporting GTM experiments; scoping/tracking/reporting metrics; Salesforce/Hubspot workflows/dashboards; recruiting ops; office reorganization; location tracking; CX tooling/escalation workflows; documenting/fixing/improving processes
