Responsibilities

  • Operate various types of machinery, equipment, or computer systems according to established procedures and guidelines
  • Strictly adhere to health & safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with supervisors, coworkers, cross-functional teams, and other team members to coordinate activities, address challenges, and achieve operational goals
  • Communicate shift handovers and ensure any issues are communicated effectively and actioned appropriately
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols to ensure consistency, quality, and regulation compliance
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions that arise during operations and highlight them appropriately to relevant personnel
  • Engage in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance knowledge and proficiency in operating equipment and systems
  • Train new colleagues on manufacturing processes
