Responsibilities

Operate various types of machinery, equipment, or computer systems according to established procedures and guidelines
Strictly adhere to health & safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Collaborate with supervisors, coworkers, cross-functional teams, and other team members to coordinate activities, address challenges, and achieve operational goals
Communicate shift handovers and ensure any issues are communicated effectively and actioned appropriately
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols to ensure consistency, quality, and regulation compliance
Identify and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions that arise during operations and highlight them appropriately to relevant personnel
Engage in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance knowledge and proficiency in operating equipment and systems
Train new colleagues on manufacturing processes
