  • Familiarity with data science tools and techniques for managing and analyzing large datasets
  • Hands-on experience with protein purification methods and biological assays
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Operate and program automated liquid handling systems to support high-throughput protein production and purification
  • Develop and implement code to automate data aggregation, processing, and analysis related to protein expression and assay results
  • Perform biochemical assays and other laboratory techniques at the bench to validate protein functionality
  • Collaborate with the team to identify bottlenecks and improve automation workflows
