University or College degree in bioengineering or another engineering or technology field (chemical, food, environmental, industrial, mechanical, polymer engineering, management engineering, quality etc.)
English: Communication level (written and spoken)
Hungarian: Basic level (written and spoken)
Fresh graduate or max. 0-5 years of work experience in a relevant field
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

Responsibilities

Establish methods for solving technical problems
Make studies on performance loss (on equipment, skills, organization)
Systematize tools for maintenance and implement production management tools
Identify one or more key projects to achieve performance targets
Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies
Deliver and start-up new equipment, initiatives, and projects
Collaborate with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to create the best solutions
Create learning programs and coach/train technicians
Create and improve standards to enable achievement of performance targets for the production line
