Requirements
- Currently a Bachelor's student who can work 5 days per week for a period of 6 months
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Project, and Visio
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and the ability to communicate
- Able to collaborate effectively across multiple business units
- Good customer service awareness
- Bilingual English/Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the experience of product functionality and processes
- Provide experience reports from the user's perspective to help the product team improve the user experience
- Assist new users in resolving issues during the onboarding process
