Requirements

Candidates should possess an HBO degree in civil engineering or installation technology, with a minimum of two to five years of work experience at a construction or installation company. They should have some experience with Revit and other CAD applications, along with strong planning, organizational, and collaborative skills, good communication abilities, and creativity. Furthermore, candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be proficient in both Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

The BIM Specialist will be responsible for BIM implementations and guiding clients in the optimal use and application of BIM and associated software, developing innovative and industry-specific solutions alongside a team, continuously developing skills in software, and analyzing client requirements to apply BIM effectively to client projects and tasks for architects, contractors, installers, CAD drafters, building designers, and construction designers.
