This is an in-store retail position where you'll be on the sales floor guiding customers, participating in community events, and fulfilling online orders.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but no sales experience is needed as training is provided. A consultative sales approach, drive, passion for helping people, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are key.
