Ability to handle a large call volume

Bilingual English/Spanish - fluency in written and oral communication including the ability to translate documents from Spanish to English and English to Spanish

Responsibilities

Facilitate in-person and telephone intake of new and existing clients
Answer and screen all incoming phone calls for the Aurora office and direct appropriately
Manage/direct outgoing and incoming mail for ILS staff
Take payments and fill out invoices in the Immigration database
Provide additional administrative support to ILS Legal Representatives as needed
