Requirements

Native in Spanish and highly fluent in English (written and verbal)
Studying Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in digital marketing (internship, coursework, or certifications) is a plus
Comfortable using Excel. Knowledge of other analytics or marketing tools is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Confident and effective in interpersonal and external communication skills
Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a growing team
Teamwork and a proactive mindset (fast-paced, collaborative environment)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Client Services team and support the execution for client accounts
Receive training across Koddi Enterprise and Koddi Demand platforms and support the team in growing the Koddi Demand business
Analyze data, create reports, and interpret campaign performance
Help identify and drive opportunities to grow the business and support account expansion
Proactively stay up-to-date on publisher products and digital marketing trends in the travel and hospitality industry
Participate in team meetings and actively share insights and ideas
Contribute to team projects and cross-functional initiatives
