Bilingual in Spanish (Spanish Speaking)
1+ years of backend healthcare and/or operations experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment providing administrative support
Based in the United States (role is 100% remote PST)

Responsibilities

Own key Ops Support initiatives
Process, track, and coordinate patient referrals to ensure timely scheduling of appointments
Schedule PCP and/or specialist appointments for our patients
Coordinate with pharmacies (meds have been received, meds have been picked up, etc.)
Verify patient PCP and insurance (including prior auth requirements)
Coordinate Release of Information
Assist with non-urgent patient follow up and/or information collection
