Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
5 years of experience working in a production plant with more than 300 employees, understanding manufacturing processes (preferred)
Engineering degree (preferred); relevant experience may substitute
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint for reports and data analysis) and CAD drawing
Good communication skills with AGV & ACS system developers in Korea
Understanding of AGV operating systems (ACS & MCS System, Digital twin System, etc.) and skilled operation

Responsibilities

Manage in-house logistics/layout optimization and intelligent solution development/operation for intelligent autonomous production systems
Manage production systems for smooth operation of production/quality/in-house logistics and promote DX advancement across the corporation
Establish synchronized control systems integrating main line, sub line, shops, equipment, quality, logistics, and production
Provide action when idle work issues are expected and on-site support when issues occur
Design layouts for Tennessee plant production when changes are required
Handle new depot layouts, business consultations with departments, layout reviews for depot changes, and CAD drawing schedule setting
Improve and analyze management of AGV & AMR operations in TN plant
Manage team KPIs & personal KPIs
Prepare weekly reports and monthly KPI reports
Conduct DX projects to improve team work or corporate production environment operations
Handle basic staff tasks: purchasing-related EP or GP processes, asset management, safety, security, etc
Support teamwork tasks: depot layout changes, QR work, physical carts inventory, 5S & FI-11, etc
