Requirements

Candidates must be bilingual in French and English, possess a valid LLQP license for Life and Accident & Sickness insurance, and have 1 to 4 years of experience in the insurance or related industry. They should also demonstrate a sales-oriented mindset, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.

Responsibilities

The Bilingual Licensed Insurance Advisor will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers via phone, address their questions and needs, and guide them through the insurance process. They will also work closely with sales teammates, manage an inbound applicant pipeline in Hubspot, provide training on insurance products, and ensure customers receive unparalleled service while working to streamline operations and improve the customer experience.
