Position Overview

NIQ is seeking a Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative to join their Homescan Operations group. This role supports the organization's efforts to sell and service consumer data solutions by helping clients understand consumer buying behavior. As a representative, you will investigate and resolve inquiries from Household Panel Members via telephone and email, assist with scanner operation issues, and update panel member information.

  • Language: Excellent English and French communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Good logic and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Technical Skills: Technically savvy with strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and solve telephone and email queries from Household Panel Members.
  • Assist panel members with any problems concerning scanner operations.
  • Update all panel information.
