Requirements

Responsibilities

The Bilingual Collections Specialist will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to delinquent borrowers, identifying solutions to bring loans current, processing payments for past due accounts, maintaining records of contacts and payments, and consistently meeting daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals while adhering to GoodLeap’s collections policies and procedures.
