You will join a dynamic, multi-national team in Client Technical Support, assisting clients with trading platforms and acting as a liaison between internal teams and customers, in an environment that values analytical problem-solving, initiative, and teamwork.
Strong candidates are analytical with problem-solving skills, adaptable to changing technical environments, show initiative and a passion for learning new technologies, and have excellent bilingual communication in English and French.
