Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
5 years of experience working in a production plant with more than 300 employees (preferred)
Understanding of manufacturing processes
Engineering degree (preferred); relevant experience may substitute
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and data analysis
Ability to use CAD for drawings
Understanding of AGV operating systems (ACS & MCS, Digital Twin, etc.) and skilled operation
Good communication skills with AGV & ACS system developers in Korea

Responsibilities

Manage production system for smooth operation of production, quality, and in-house logistics; promote DX advancement
Establish synchronized control system across main line, sub line, shops for equipment, quality, logistics, and production
Provide on-site support for idle work issues and take action when expected
Design layouts for Tennessee plant production changes
Handle new depot layouts, business consultations, layout reviews, and CAD drawing schedules
Improve and analyze AGV & AMR operations in TN plant
Manage team KPIs and personal KPIs
Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports
Conduct DX projects to improve team work or production environment
Handle basic staff tasks: purchasing EP/GP processes, asset management, safety, security
Support teamwork tasks: depot layout changes, QR work, physical carts inventory, 5S & FI-11
