Requirements

  • Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
  • Experience analyzing data to support business strategy, identify insights, and drive decisions
  • Strong experience with Power BI: Proficiency in building interactive dashboards and reports
  • Experience with ETL processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Expertise in SQL for database querying, management, and optimization
  • Practical experience with Python and DAX
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to independently solve complex issues and drive improvements
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and enhance Business Intelligence components (metadata, reports, metrics, dashboards)
  • Participate in data modeling, business process analysis and development of reporting functional and technical specifications
  • Write and maintain technical documentation supporting BI deployments
  • Monitor report environment performance, logged errors and system activity to facilitate SLA management
  • Coordinate resolution of issues as needed
  • Provide project status and progress updates to BI Management team
