Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, modeling, pipelines, and BI/reporting. Essential technical skills include strong expertise in SQL, data modeling (3NF, dimensional, star/snowflake schemas), experience with data warehouse technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and proficiency in BI/reporting tools and data visualization best practices. Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards is also required, along with excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

The Data Architect & Business Intelligence Specialist will design and maintain the enterprise data architecture, develop logical and physical data models, and establish metadata standards and data dictionaries to ensure data consistency, quality, and governance. Responsibilities also include designing and building scalable data pipelines using ETL/ELT tools, planning and executing data migration projects, and designing, implementing, and managing modern data warehouses. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, building interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools, enabling self-service reporting, and monitoring data usage and performance.
