Requirements

Candidates should possess a University degree in Translation/Applied Languages or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 3 years of experience in translation/localization. Native fluency in Bengali is required, alongside fluency in English, both written and spoken, and a thorough understanding of the localization process. Experience with standard software such as Windows and Office applications, as well as standard CAT tools like XTM, SDL Studio, and issue tracking tools like JIRA is necessary. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to learn new localization tools quickly, possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate knowledge of terminology across multiple subject matters.
