Responsibilities

  • Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
  • Coordinate with other teams, prioritizing their involvement, needs and activation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to develop benefits that continue to raise the bar on joint business plans to strengthen partner relationships
  • Lead discovery sessions both internally and externally to determine partner needs for mutually beneficial benefit and incentive creation
  • Design, manage, and optimize incentive programs to motivate and reward partner performance
  • Work with broader business teams to ensure alignment with strategies and approaches
  • Track, analyze, and report key quantitative metrics both day-to-day and in quarterly business review format
  • Identify trends and evolving needs, develop programmatic tools and resources to improve efficiency
  • Build strategy and oversee the execution of Walmart Connect Partner Incentives and Joint Business Plans
  • Develop and oversee ideation and execution of various partner incentive programs targeted to specific partner cohorts or geographies
  • Develop commercial and strategic benefits for partner joint business plans
  • Work cross-functionally internally on execution with a focus on creating solutions to drive mutual growth and success
