This is an onsite position located in Brown Deer or West Allis.
A Bachelor’s Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field is required. Additionally, a valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent) is required if working in an Addiction Recovery program.
The role involves participating in weekly supervision sessions with the Clinical Services Manager or Director, multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, and ongoing communication regarding clinical issues.
Strong candidates should have a relevant Bachelor’s degree and the required credential for addiction programs, plus readiness to attend CBT Academy training and demonstrate skills in providing cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety, OCD, mood, eating, and trauma-related disorders.
