Responsibilities

  • Apoyo en los proyectos de transformación digital de la compañía aplicables a procesos corporativos de RRHH
  • Generación de material formativo y manuales por proceso (manejo de ppt a nivel avanzado)
  • Seguimiento del cumplimiento de los procedimientos y procesos nuevos por parte de los negocios (contacto con HRBP´s o partes implicadas)
  • Coordinación con la parte técnica para la configuración de las herramientas implicadas
