Responsibilities

Rotar por departamentos (RRHH y Relaciones Laborales, Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, Desarrollo de Negocio, Departamento de Ofertas, Departamento Jurídico, Financiero) para conocer procesos clave: analizar datos de absentismo y formación, aplicar normativa laboral, conocer planes de seguridad y salud, identificar riesgos, realizar auditorías, apoyar acciones comerciales, analizar oportunidades, preparar propuestas, entender procesos de contratación, conocer obligaciones contractuales y gestionar incidencias legales, realizar controles presupuestarios, analizar cuentas de resultados y participar en cierres mensuales
Tras onboarding rotativo, participar en proyecto formativo en Operaciones: supervisión de auditorías, control de KPI, gestión documental, compras, coordinación de recursos
Colaborar en acciones comerciales, prevención de riesgos, iniciativas de mejora continua, relación con clientes y seguimiento financiero para garantizar rentabilidad y cumplimiento normativo
