  • Build lasting relationships with customers by following up on purchases, suggesting new products, and inviting to events
  • Grow sales through appointment-based selling, utilizing technology, and opening new Nordstrom Rewards accounts
  • Act as an entrepreneur by creating in-store events and networking in the community
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships within each Beauty brand to identify key focuses and products
