Responsibilities

  • Seek out customers to provide personalized sales service based on needs, effective upselling, suggestive selling, and follow-up to build relationships
  • Engage customers entering the beauty zone, listen sensitively, and provide specialized sales advice
  • Use verbal skills to stimulate customer thought process and generate sales
  • Act as brand expert by educating on product usage, benefits, and leveraging CVS beauty monthly sampling program
  • Participate in and represent company sales programs, events, CVS Beauty Club, promotions, and in-store events to close sales
  • Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials for key brands and initiatives
  • Keep assigned beauty zone well-stocked, well-merchandised, clean, and compliant with hygiene standards
  • Ensure compliance with CVS tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleansing policies
  • Execute sales plan by meeting sales budget, tracking progress, and beating prior goals
  • Participate in sales training meetings, conference calls on programs, promotions, new items, brand launches, and customer care
