  • Sales-oriented with ability to meet sales budget and track progress

Responsibilities

  • Seek out customers to provide personalized sales service based on needs, upsell, suggestive sell, and follow-up to build relationships
  • Engage in conversation with each customer entering the beauty zone, listen sensitively, and provide specialized sales advice
  • Explain product usage, benefits, and leverage CVS beauty monthly sampling program
  • Participate in and represent company sales programs or events
  • Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials for key brands and initiatives
  • Maintain a beautiful, clean, well-stocked, and well-merchandised beauty zone compliant with hygiene standards
  • Ensure compliance with CVS tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleansing policies
  • Execute established sales plan, meet sales budget, track progress, and beat prior sales goals
  • Participate in sales training meetings, conference calls on programs, promotions, new items, brand launches, and customer care
  • Strive to build personalized, robust baskets for each customer to maximize sales
