Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, along with 2-5 years of full-time design experience, excluding freelance work. A portfolio demonstrating mastery in design principles, brand identity, storytelling, problem-solving, and technical skills is required. Candidates must have a passion for beauty and an understanding of category trends and the competitive landscape, along with a keen eye for detail. Experience in designing for digital, packaging, and instore displays, combined with a basic understanding of print feasibility, is also necessary. Familiarity with digital UX/UI design principles and AI-enabled design tools is beneficial.
As a BeautyHouse Graphic Designer, you will focus on developing a broad range of creative work, including 2D package design, instore displays, and digital activation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support business needs. You will build concepts and execute the visual strategy for beauty brands across various consumer touchpoints, ensuring brand guidelines are embraced consistently and creatively. You will communicate and justify design choices, be accountable for excellent execution, and contribute to the overall creative design process.
