Requirements

Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry
Friendly and enthusiastic team player with a passion for excellent customer service
Reliable with ability to manage time and priorities, including during busy rush periods with a sense of urgency
Passionate about creating delicious coffee and other cafe beverages
Strong independent problem solver with proven multi-tasking and communication skills
Curious, adaptable, and always willing to learn
Comfortable working in a team or independently
Comfortable maintaining store safety
Full-time availability: 35 hours per week, 4-5 days, including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Availability to work between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm
Weekend and holiday availability preferred
Authorised to work in the UK

Responsibilities

Delight customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service to turn every customer into a regular
Prepare drinks using world-class coffee program, equipment (Eversys Cameos and Shot Masters), and products
Complete all training for proper food and beverage handling to retain freshness and quality
Implement systems to avoid wastage of food and beverage products, adjusting par levels based on business peaks and lows
Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Food Safety Standards at all times
Maintain full knowledge and adherence to all product, service, and brand training playbooks
Participate in initiatives with Operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic, new customers, sales, profitability, and build a loyal customer base
