Requirements

1+ years of prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume Banquet set up and Porter experience or equivalent combination
High School Diploma or GED
Willing and able to work Day shift (6am-2pm preferably) or mid shift (11am-7pm) including weekends and holidays on an on-call basis

Responsibilities

Set up banquet rooms according to diagrams and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
Inspect rooms for cleanliness before and after functions
Ensure setups are completed according to specifications and ready 30 minutes prior to event start times
Place signs and refresh meeting rooms as needed
Dismantle room setups and keep storage areas organized
Gather and prepare all equipment required for designated setups
