Responsibilities

Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Primary interaction within own team and direct supervisor
Follow detailed instructions on all tasks
Make decisions that impact own work, closely supervised
Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work
Help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures, and ensure business sustainability by transforming banking operations
Assist in processing trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks
Provide end-to-end service for IFRS and U.S. GAAP compliance in financial reporting of leases
Oversee all aspects of the lease agreement process, from coordinating creation of new leases to managing day-to-day administrative tasks
Oversee administration, tracking, and auditing of lease documents
Monitor business and financial transactions for lease properties
