Responsibilities

Oversee bakery production and operational standards within the bakery department
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Maintain product quality and freshness
Optimize inventory management

Use supplies responsibly and follow scheduling expectations to help the club stay within labor and supply goals
Complete tasks efficiently and accurately, follow best practices to drive strong club results
