Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification (must be maintained in good standing)
Full proficiency in executing operational functions of the bakery department, including preparing, baking, and merchandising bakery items to company standards

Oversee bakery production and operational standards within the bakery department
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Maintain product quality and freshness
Optimize inventory management, including monitoring levels and executing timely replenishment to maintain in-stock conditions
Lead bakery department operations, ensuring efficient production and high-quality prepared foods
Demonstrate full proficiency in operational functions, including preparing, baking, and merchandising bakery items to company standards
Ensure accurate item labeling
Foster open communication, trust, and a positive work environment
Engage with members in a friendly manner, address questions or concerns promptly, and escalate unresolved issues
Maintain club standards, contribute to club goals, and support financial performance through cost discipline and efficient task completion
