Requirements
- Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification (required and must be maintained in good standing)
- Full proficiency in executing operational functions of the bakery department, including preparing, baking, and merchandising bakery items to company standards
- Ability to demonstrate inclusive behavior, make ethical choices, and approach work with a positive and solution-oriented mindset

Responsibilities
- Oversee bakery production and operational standards within the bakery department
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Maintain product quality and freshness
- Optimize inventory management, including monitoring levels and executing timely replenishment to maintain in-stock conditions
- Lead bakery department operations, ensuring efficient production and high-quality prepared foods
- Demonstrate full proficiency in preparing, baking, and merchandising bakery items to company standards
- Ensure accurate item labeling for all bakery products
- Foster open communication, trust, and a positive work environment; acknowledge team contributions
- Engage with members friendly and helpfully, apply service standards, address questions/concerns promptly, and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain club standards, contribute to club goals, perform tasks accurately/consistently, and support financial performance through cost discipline and efficient execution
