Ability to proof and bake unfinished bakery goods following product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment

Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods using ovens/equipment and product handling information
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations
Gather products to be prepared for the next business day
