Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods following product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations, including safe handling and storage
Maintain all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
Answer questions and recommend bakery items
Answer member calls and take special orders
Use bakery production charts as a guide for production and display needs
Gather products to be prepared for the next business day
Package freshly baked goods, including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items as needed
Decorate special order or case product
Rotate and store bakery products following proper food safety, freshness, and handling methods
Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
Support GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA)
Deliver GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, stocked items, promotional plans, visible accurate signage, and clean/organized areas
