Responsibilities
Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods following each item’s product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations
Maintain all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
Answer questions and recommend bakery items to members
Answer member calls and take special orders
Use bakery production charts as a guide for production and display needs
Gather products to be prepared for the next business day
Package freshly baked goods, including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items as needed
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and ensure a safe and positive environment for members
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping areas clean and organized
