Answer questions and recommend bakery items
Answer member calls and take special orders
Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods following product handling information using ovens/equipment
Use bakery production charts as a guide for production and display needs
Gather products to be prepared for the next business day
Package freshly baked goods (cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, etc.)
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on production chart recommendations, including safe handling and storage
Decorate special order or case products
Rotate and store bakery products following food safety, freshness, and handling policies/procedures
Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
Maintain all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
Support GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), club standards, and flawless execution
Ensure a safe, positive environment and deliver service excellence to members
