Knowledge of bakery production charts for production, display, and safe handling/storage instructions

Answer questions, recommend bakery items, answer member calls, and take special orders
Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods using ovens/equipment and bakery production charts
Gather products for next business day preparation
Package freshly baked goods (e.g., cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes)
Unpack bakery goods from freezer and display proper amounts per production chart recommendations
Decorate special order or case products
Rotate and store bakery products following food safety, freshness, and handling policies/procedures
Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
Ensure all products are stocked, promotional plans executed, signage accurate, and department clean/organized
Support team execution of job functions, GOLD standards, and flawless daily operations
