Requirements
- Ability to proof and bake unfinished bakery goods following product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment
- Knowledge of safe handling and storage instructions for bakery goods
- Ability to maintain cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
- Understanding of bakery production charts for production and display needs
- Ability to carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies, procedures, and compliance
- Commitment to honesty, integrity, teamwork, speed, agility, innovation, and a friendly positive attitude

Responsibilities
- Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods using ovens/equipment and product handling information
- Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations
- Maintain all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
- Answer member questions and recommend bakery items
- Answer member calls and take special orders
- Use bakery production charts as a guide for production and display needs
- Gather products to be prepared for the next business day
- Package freshly baked goods, including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items as needed
- Ensure a safe and positive environment, deliver service excellence, resolve member concerns, and commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
- Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining signage, and keeping areas clean and organized
