Ability to proof and bake unfinished bakery goods following product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment
Knowledge of safe handling and storage instructions for bakery goods
Ability to maintain cleaning and safety standards in the bakery department

Responsibilities
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations
Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned
Support flawless execution and hold accountable to standards
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns
Commit to GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily (Grand opening look, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized)
Answer questions and recommend bakery items
Answer member calls and take special orders
Use bakery production charts as a guide for production and display needs
Gather products to be prepared for the next business day
Package freshly baked goods, including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items
