Answer questions and recommend bakery items to members
Answer member calls and take special orders
Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods using ovens/equipment and following product handling information and bakery production charts for production and display needs
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations
Gather products to be prepared for the next business day
Package freshly baked goods including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items as needed
Maintain all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and ensure a safe positive environment for members
Work as a team to achieve goals, deliver GOLD club standards daily, and execute all items stocked and promotional plans
