Ability to proof and bake unfinished bakery goods following product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment
Knowledge of safe handling and storage instructions for bakery goods
Ability to maintain cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department

Understanding of how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department
Responsibilities
Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods using ovens/equipment and bakery production charts as a guide
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on production chart recommendations
Gather products to be prepared for the next business day
Package freshly baked goods including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items
Answer member questions, recommend bakery items, answer calls, and take special orders
Maintain all cleaning and safety standards in the bakery department
Ensure a safe and positive environment, deliver GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), and uphold club standards like stocking, signage, cleanliness, and organization
Act with member in mind, resolve concerns, embrace inclusion and diversity, and work collaboratively as a team
